- Adults aged 21-64 with severe physical disabilities or traumatic brain injuries.
- Individuals who require a level of care provided in a hospital or nursing home but prefer to remain at home.

- Personal Support Services: Assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Skilled Nursing Care: For clients requiring medical oversight, medication management, or wound care.

2. Community Care Services Program (CCSP)

- Adults aged 60 and older or younger individuals with disabilities who meet nursing home level care requirements.

5. Georgia Department of Behavioral and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) – Coming Fall 2025
Exciting Announcement: Starting in the fall of 2025, N-Star Healthcare Services will offer services under the Georgia Department of Behavioral and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). This program supports individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral health needs.
